Our Learning Journey
From First Steps to Bright Futures
Every Williez programme is designed around the developmental needs of the child, from the first steps into preschool to the confident transition into formal schooling.
Learning happens through play, conversation, movement, discovery, nature, imagination and real experiences, not through worksheets or early testing.
Our Learning Journey focuses on nine areas: Communication and Language, Cognitive Development, Social and Emotional Growth, Physical Development, Creativity and Imagination, Independence and Life Skills, Early Literacy, Early Numeracy, and Discovery and Exploration.
Each stage builds on the last, so children move forward with confidence, never pressure. Our educators track progress through observation, not exams, and share it with parents regularly.

The Williez Learning Journey has five stages, from a child’s first day in Playgroup to a confident move into primary school. Each stage matches your child’s age and development.

Age Wise Milestones
Your Child's Learning
Here is what each Williez programme focuses on, by age. Every child grows at their own pace, so these are gentle guides, not strict targets.
Playgroup
18 Months–2.5 Years
A gentle first step. The first experience away from home should feel secure, joyful and welcoming, respecting each child’s individual pace.
Nursery
2.5 - 3.5 Years
Curiosity takes root. Children begin expressing themselves more confidently, forming friendships and becoming more independent.
Junior KG
3.5 - 4.5 Years
Confidence begins to take shape through purposeful play, language rich experiences and early foundational learning.
Senior KG
4.5 - 5.5 Years
Ready for what comes next. Children build the ability to listen, communicate, manage emotions and solve problems.
Holistic Development
